1. For shipping we make every effort to fulfill your order within 2-3 business days of the date of your order. Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery. We ship out orders from Monday-Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on Weekends.
2. Damaged Items in Transport
Once packages are received by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the package. If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, USPS is responsible and any other questions or concerns should go through them.3. Questions

4. No Refunds/Exchanges:
Because of the type of products we sell for hygienic and safety reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges unless you received the wrong item. If you received the wrong item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receiving the item with details of the product you wanted and the product you received. You are responsible for shipping costs to return items.
